Conditions 1. Registration will be confirmed upon
payment. 2. Payment must be received within 7
days of registration or 7 days before workshop date, whichever is earlier. 3. All fees quoted include GST,
materials, lunch and breaks unless otherwise stated. 4. Please make cheques payable to Potenxia Unlimited and mail to: 5. There will be no refund for
cancellation or non-attendance. However, a substitute is welcomed. 6. Potenxia Unlimited reserves the
right to reschedule or cancel any workshop in the event of unforeseen
circumstances.
