Ms Li-Kin Pang is the leading Certified Image Professional (CIP) in Singapore recognized by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). As the Vice-President/President Elect of the AICI South Asia-Singapore Chapter, she is one of the driving forces behind the development of the image industry in the region. Li Kin is an appointed Success Coach with AICI globally, and is committed to help aspiring image consultants grow their business across the world. In recognition of her achievements in the industry, Li Kin received the coveted AICI Rising Star Award in 2008 and the Chapter Member of the Year Award in 2009.

Li Kin has about 25 years of experience in business development, client servicing, leadership, as well as training & development. Her global experience spans 20 countries worldwide, and she works with individuals and corporations to enhance their image through their communications, appearance and interpersonal skills.

Prior to setting up Potenxia, Li Kin held several executive positions with local conglomerates like the Straits Times and F&N Corporation in Singapore as well as global research giant ACNielsen. In her last role there as Executive Director, she was responsible for business development both in Singapore and globally, working with MNCs such as: American Express, Citibank, HSBC, Hewlett Packard, Motorola and Shell as well as local giants such as SingTel, F&N Corp, and the Changi Aviation Authority of Singapore.

Li Kin is a passionate speaker, trainer and facilitator, working with professional organizations, government agencies as well as MNCs. Li Kin has great charisma with people of all ages and works well with all cultures including expatriates and nationalities across Asia, Europe and the United States. She is trained by Image Master Lynne Marks (London Image Institute, USA), and in the Color Me a Season© System. She is also a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) degree (University of Singapore) and a Masters of Social Planning & Development (University of Queensland).

Lata Goenka holds a degree in Fashion Management at the London College of Fashion and was trained by Polly Holman of the Image Practice in London, Christina Ong and Lynne Marks of Imageworks Asia, Singapore. She also studied under Carla Mathis, a world renowned colour and stylespecialist.

Lata works with professional men and women in the corporate world, as well as well-known women in the social scene. She also works with multi-national corporations such as insurance companies, retail conglomerates, educational institutions and international trade associations in Singapore, India, Thailand, Australia and the United States. She has been featured in India Today, Femina, The Financial Express, The Telegraph, Women’s Weekly and Woman Today amongst other publications. She also writes weekly for Chic Today and Times of India.

Lata is multilingual in English, Hindi and French. Her core competencies are in personal colouring, unique style and personality & figure dressing.  Lata aims to not only provide you with the information, but to coach you so that you can apply these changes to your lifestyle and reach your aspirations and goals.

Ms Sera Kuek has more than ten years' experience in the Public Relations business, having worked with a multi-national company and clients in the beauty and skincare industries.

Sera is trained and certified by two of the seven Image Masters in the world - Carla Mathis (Body Beautiful, USA) and Lynne Marks (London Image Institute, USA) as well as Christina Ong, a Certified Image Professional (ImageWorks Asia). Sera is also certified by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).

Sera's talents lie in enabling clients to "look like a million bucks" effortlessly. She coaches individual clients to achieve their authentic style and flair, taking them to a higher level of self-expression inside-out. Sera also coaches clients in the communications industry for television appearances and media interviews. She assists clients in honing their communication and presentation skills to truly articulate who they are or whom they represent, and to act with confidence in any situation.

Sera holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University, Canada.

Prior to setting up her own image consultancy business, Sherrine has enjoyed resounding success in the competitive beauty pageant and modelling business, having turned out as a semifinalist in Supermodel of the World Singapore and fourth runner up in the prestigious Ms Singapore International to name a few.

Her past career as a Flight Attendant with an International Airline allows her to combine her experience in international etiquette, stage and professional presence, presentation and fashion to offer her clients an extensive array of unique image consulting services and training.

Sherrine’s core services for adults include colour analysis, style, body and line analysis, professional presence, nonverbal and verbal communication. She works well with all age groups from children to men and women.  Sherrine is also the Vice-President Events in the AICI South Asia-Singapore Chapter and had media appearances on FM938Live, My Paper, Vietnam National TV VTV9 and SIMPLY HER magazine and Woman Today (Philippines).
