Ms Li-Kin Pang, AICI, CIP
Founder and Principal Consultant
Ms Li-Kin Pang is one of only two Certified Image Professionals in Singapore and six in Asia recognized by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She has about 25 years of experience in business development, client servicing, leadership, as well as training & development. Her global experience spans 20 countries worldwide, and she works with individuals and corporations to enhance their image through their communications, appearance and interpersonal skills.
Prior to setting up Potenxia, Li Kin held several executive positions with local conglomerates like the Straits Times and F&N Corporation in Singapore as well as senior regional positions at ACNielsen. In her last role there, she was responsible for business development both in Singapore and globally, working with MNCs such as: American Express, Citibank, HSBC, Hewlett Packard, Motorola and Shell as well as local giants such as SingTel, F&N Corp, and the Changi Aviation Authority of Singapore.
Li Kin is a passionate speaker and trainer, having given image talks to professional organizations, government agencies as well as private clubs. Li Kin has great charisma with people of all ages and works well with all cultures including expatriates and nationalities across Asia, Europe and the United States. She is trained by Image Master Lynne Marks (London Image Institute, USA) and is certified by the Association of Image Consultants International. She is also a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) degree (University of Singapore) and a Masters of Social Planning & Development (University of Queensland).
Li Kin is an appointed Success Coach with AICI and is also a Board member of South Asia-Singapore Chapter serving as Secretary and Conference Chair for 2009. She is also a recipient of the AICI Rising Star Award 2008.

Lata Goenka is a graduate in Fashion Management from the London College of Fashion and is also trained in personal styling and image consultancy at Imageworks Asia. Her passion in colours and personal style and her entrepreneurial spirit led her to set up her own consultancy business right after college.
Since then she has worked with corporate houses such as insurance companies, retail conglomerates, and international trade associations in Singapore as well as in India.
Her personal clientele include women and men from all backgrounds and lifestyles, with one common goal - to look and feel their very best! Given her international upbringing, Lata has a cosmopolitan outlook on style and works well with clients from all cultures.
Lata is multilingual in English, Hindi and French. Her core competencies are in fashion design, personality dressing, ethnic clothing and personal style.

Ms Sera Kuek
has more than ten years' experience in the Public Relations business, having worked with a multi-national company and clients in the beauty and skincare industries.
Sera is trained and certified by two of the seven Image Masters in the world - Carla Mathis (Body Beautiful, USA) and Lynne Marks (London Image Institute, USA) as well as Christina Ong, a Certified Image Professional (ImageWorks Asia). Sera is also certified by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).
Sera's talents lie in enabling clients to "look like a million bucks" effortlessly. She coaches individual clients to achieve their authentic style and flair, taking them to a higher level of self-expression inside-out. Sera also coaches clients in the communications industry for television appearances and media interviews. She assists clients in honing their communication and presentation skills to truly articulate who they are or whom they represent, and to act with confidence in any situation.
Sera holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University, Canada.
Sera is also a Board member of South Asia-Singapore Chapter serving as VP Marketing & Communication.

Ms Sherrine Teoh, AICI

Ms Sherrine Teoh is certified by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and trained by Lynne Marks, one of only seven Certified Image Masters in the world and Christina Ong, a Certified Image Professional. Sherrine's beauty background comes from her success in the beauty pageants and modeling industry, having reached the semifinalist round in Supermodel of the World Singapore and fourth runner up in the prestigious Ms Singapore International to name a few. She also used to be a trainer in a modeling school. Her past career as a Flight Attendant has also equipped her with skills in international etiquette, stage and professional presence, as well as good fashion sense.
Having worked with ladies and men from a wide age range of varied lifestyles, Sherrine has an innate ability to make you feel at ease in discovering the beauty within. She graduated with a BA in Business Management, majoring in Marketing, from the University of Queensland, Brisbane and a Diploma in Business Administration , specializing in Public Relations & Advertising.
Sherrine is also a Board member of South Asia-Singapore Chapter serving as VP Events.

Ms Nicola Supka is a certified career coach with over 15 years of business experience and has helped hundreds of individuals from over 16 countries to achieve career satisfaction and success. As the founder and managing consultant of Smart People Solutions, Nicola works with Potenxia’s clients to find their personal branding in their career and helps them develop their personal strengths to achieve career success.
Nicola lived in the UK and Japan before moving to Singapore 10 years ago, contributing greatly to her multi-cultural experience. Apart from individuals, organisations in Singapore who benefited from her career management services include OCBC, National Technological University, Hewlett Packard and Singapore Telecom. She has also given public talks at several career events and organisations including ITE Career Fair 2004, Career 2004 and The American Club.
She is a member of the AACMP (Asian Association of Career Management) and ICF (International Coaching Federation) and is accredited to administer the MBTI personality profiling tool.
